Our Outdoor Reared Dry Cure Smoked Ham Fillet is produced from legs that are cured by hand with our special blend of salt and sugar; they are then cured for 14 Days before being smoked over hardwood. These hams are perfect for Christmas Ham or for any occasion. This product may have a lead time, you can contact us at any time to check our stock availability.

This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
