Our Full Hams are produced from carefully selected pork legs before being Wiltshire cured and matured for a week in brine and hung to dry. They are mild cured and perfect for Christmas or any occasion. Comfortably serves 10 people.

This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
