Outdoor Reared Dry Cure Boneless Ham
Our Outdoor Reared Boneless Dry Cure Hams are traditional hand cured from pigs reared on our family farm. The hams are cured for 14 days before being hand tied in keeping with our traditional methods. These hams are perfect for baking in the oven.
This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
