Our outdoor reared ham hocks are brine cured for a week, before being packed. They are perfect for boiling and serving with cabbage, or boiling and shredding to use in many different dishes where ham pieces are required.

This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
