Our Outdoor Reared Smoked ham on the bone is smoked using hardwood chips from our local sawmill. The ham is smoked for 24hours to ensure a distinctive flavour.  Our smoked hams are hand prepared and can be cut to your requirements. Comfortably serves 10 people (8kg avg).
