Our Outdoor Reared Pork Sausage Meat is made using 82% pork shoulder meat and our blend of spices. The shoulder meat is from pigs that are allowed to root in the fields and roam freely to pursue their natural instincts of rooting for food.

This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
