Our Outdoor Reared Boneless Dry Cure Hams are from pigs reared on our family farm. The hams are traditionally dry cured for 14 days then hand tied before being smoked over hardwood chippings. These hams are perfect for boiling or baking in the oven.

Weight - 7kg approximately.

This product is best when refrigerated on delivery below 5°C and cooked as per instructions on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
